 We’re seeking a creative and strategic Internal Communications Manager to develop and execute communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees. The role will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Services (HR, Marketing, Tech, Finance) and Business Leaders to ensure consistent storytelling for employees, prospective candidates, and stakeholders. It also provides counsel to leadership and manages key internal communication platforms and events, including:  

  • “mydancker” intranet (Igloo Flex), a private digital platform used for internal communication, collaboration, and information sharing among employees.   

  • digital signage platform (exploring OptiSigns), a system to fully leverage displays across all experience centers to push content that engages both employees and visitors to our spaces, and   

  • digital asset management resource (exploring Media Valet), a centralized library for all digital content to organize and centrally store assets such as project photography, videos, and marketing collateral, enabling easy access and controlled usage across teams both internally and externally.  

  • Lead planning and execution of internal communications across the organization  

 This role ensures seamless, engaging communication across our multi-office organization while fostering a connected and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have experience managing internal digital ecosystems, organizing digital assets, and creating engaging content to enhance employee experience and brand consistency.  

Key responsibilities include:  

 Intranet Management  

  • Define and implement the intranet’s objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs and that it serves as a central hub for employees across the enterprise  

  • Oversee content creation, updates, and governance policies.  

  • Enforce branding and communication standards.  

  • Ensure the intranet remains an up-to-date, reliable source of information with engaging, user-friendly content, including announcements, blog posts, policies, and resources.  

  • Continuously improve user experience and engagement.  

  • Gather user feedback and provide insights and recommendations to improve community engagement strategies.  

  • Act as the first point of contact for community concerns and escalate issues when necessary.  

  • Work with IT and vendors (e.g., Igloo) to manage the intranet platform, “mydancker”.  

  • Promote intranet adoption through training and advocacy.  

  • Encourage employee participation and knowledge sharing.  

  • Facilitate discussion forums, news updates, and social collaboration tools.  

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as user engagement metrics, using insights to improve content and functionality.  

  • Prepare quarterly reports on community performance and key learnings.  

  • Implement new features based on business and user needs.  

 Digital Signage Platform Management  

  • Define and implement the digital signage objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs   
  • Manage content creation and scheduling for digital signage across multiple office locations, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.  
  • Coordinate with office leads to tailor digital signage to meet location-specific needs, such as welcome screens and local event news.
  • Incorporate real-time updates, company milestones, event promotions, and team spotlights to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • ​​​​​​​Work with IT to troubleshoot technical issues, improve platform performance, and integrate new features.  

Digital Asset Management (DAM) System  

  • Define and implement the DAM objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs 
  • ​​​​​​​Oversee the implementation, administration and organization of the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all assets are categorized, tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for asset organization, metadata tagging, and version control.  
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 will be based on capability and experience
