We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused Logistics Associate to help ensure the seamless movement of assets, materials, and equipment throughout dancker's operations. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the delivery, storage, inventory, and asset management processes that allow our teams to serve clients efficiently and effectively.
As a key member of the logistics and operations team, you'll safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse and material-handling equipment to support daily operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. Through attention to detail, operational discipline, and a commitment to service excellence, you'll contribute to a reliable client experience and efficient business operations.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Support the accurate movement, tracking, and documentation of assets, materials, and equipment throughout the organization.
  • Process inbound, outbound, returned, and transferred assets while ensuring accurate system updates and documentation.
  • Perform equipment intake, inspections, condition assessments, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Coordinate the retrieval, staging, storage, and deployment of assets to support operational and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transactional data within inventory, logistics, and operational systems.
  • Perform routine cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse, storage, and staging areas to support safety, efficiency, and asset accessibility.
  • Partner with warehouse, transportation, installation, service, and project teams to coordinate asset movement and operational handoffs.
  • Assist with daily planning of resources, equipment, workloads, and priorities to meet business and service commitments.
  • Ensure transportation activities comply with applicable DOT regulations, vehicle inspection requirements, and company safety standards.
  • Monitor operational performance related to inventory accuracy, productivity, timeliness, quality, and customer service.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and process failures and support corrective action planning.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution across all locations and operations.
  • Utilize business systems and operational tools to maintain accurate records, reporting, and status visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment while supporting company safety initiatives and operational best practices.
What you’ll bring to this role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating straight trucks and supporting transportation or logistics activities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, transportation, or asset management processes preferred.
  • Understanding of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, safety requirements, and transportation compliance practices preferred.
  • Certification and/or demonstrated experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively within a fast-paced logistics environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience handling high-value, technical, healthcare, or regulated equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and process consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across locations, teams, and operational functions.
  • Experience performing inventory counts, audits, reconciliations, and asset tracking activities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency with inventory systems, operational software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Physical ability to safely lift, move, transport, and handle equipment and materials throughout the workday.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.
