The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Develop realistic short- and long-term sales goals that increase dealership revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and continually penetrate accounts with a broadening range of product and service offerings.
- Increase sales volume revenue and profit margins by closing on business opportunities.
- Establish dancker credibility and value proposition as an Interiors Solutions firm by identifying and maintaining strategic alliances that yield networking and referral opportunities.
- Position dealership as deepest, most integrated resource for Interior Solutions in the marketplace and provide effective, functional solutions that showcase the range of the dealership’s offering to the customer.
- Engage directly with dancker executive leadership and create opportunities to introduce them to executive level contacts within A&D, corporate real estate, project management, general contractor and end user organizations.
- Establish and nurture alliances with Sales and product/service experts within dancker to assure presentation of appropriate resources to external contacts and also across divisions within the dealership.
- Triage membership and event opportunities to identify those with greatest potential for return on dancker investment.
- Coordinate with other dealership team members to generate accurate, timely specifications and assure effective, efficient project management.
- Deploy technology to meet client needs and optimize internal communications.
- Consistently deliver high level of customer satisfaction that generates referrals.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and stay current with new product offerings.
- Complete project with walkthrough and punch list and follow up with customer to assure dealership is paid and per agreement in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in end-user, outside sales with significant B2B sales success
- Experience in space planning/design, workspace reconfiguration, new or used furniture sales, commercial project management preferred.
